The care you need, wherever you are

Start feeling better now

I am a CBT Certified Therapist of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CACBT) and a Certified Therapist in Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD. I match the therapy approach to your struggle and unique situation, which sometimes includes acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), among others. I have participated in and provided clinical supervision and consultation with colleagues practising various therapies. All initial sessions are focused on learning more about your specific circumstances, mental health experiences, strengths, and wishes for your personal wellbeing. Together, we then decide on the treatment approach best suited to your current needs and develop and plan for helping you feel better.
