ABOUT ME

Helping you make change in your life in order to feel better

I often work with folks (adults aged 19+) who are experiencing struggles with their mental health or simply want to work towards positive change in their wellbeing. Sometimes these struggles are a diagnosed mental health condition that can be treated with therapy. Other times, folks are experiencing stress and just looking for support from a psychologist.
